Each MacBook undergoes a rigorous method of testing before it comes to us, aswell as our in-house 42 point test. MacBooks are checked internally and externally and are graded as a result of their tests.

Unfortunately, because we are an online business, we are unable to test customers MacBooks, so we are therefore unable to offer this service. We would always be happy to speak to you about your MacBook and offer any advice you need.

On some models, upgrade is an option. Should an upgrade/battery replacement be of interest, feel free to speak to us and we will be able to advise you accordingly.

All of our MacBooks are packaged using a high quality bespoke shipping box that not only protects your MacBook from potential damage with couriers, but also looks very smart and professional.

As a rule of thumb we are an online business that does not offer this service, however, having said that, if you live locally or are in the area then we can arrange to meet you at a safe place in or around Hertfordshire. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, our security and premises location we are unable to meet you at our offices.

We do, but only into Europe. It may just take a day or two longer than UK deliveries. Once your order has been processed we will provide you with a DHL tracking number so you can track your order every step of the way. 

We offer payment via credit or debit card and accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, discover, Maestro and more. We also accept PayPal and bank transfer.

Not at the minute, however very soon this will be a service on offer to our customers. Please email to express an interest.

Some of our products contain VAT, which will always be highlighted within the product page. Should your item contain VAT we will provide you with a VAT invoice.

When are products do not contain VAT they have been purchased on the VAT margin scheme and therefore do not contain VAT.
